Postage and Delivery

Domestic

All orders are delivered via Australia Post. We offer you the option of regular or express postage. We highly recommend that you take advantage of the express post option as not only will your item arrive quicker but we will also have a tracking number so if your item goes missing, it is easier to locate.

All items are dispatched within 24 hours of your order being processed and payment has cleared.

Regular Post 1 - 5 days
Express Post 1 - 3 days

Orders that exceed $200 are entitled to free delivery.

Please remember that during very busy times (e.g. before Christmas), the postal service may take longer, and that delays in the postal service are beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to inform ViduKe if your order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived 14 days after it has been dispatched we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post. ViduKe will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery.

International

ViduKe will deliver internationally via Registered post to selected major countries. Your postage and handling charges will be calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery to most countries is within 3-10 working days

Approximate costs of registered postage for a package up to 500g* per region:

Zone A: New Zealand $17.45
Zone B: Asia/Pacific $17.65
Zone C: USA/Canada/Middle East $21.85
Zone D: Rest of the World $25.15

Please note that all prices, shipping and handling charges do not include relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred and charged when shipped overseas. Please check with your local custom offices for further details.

Returns/Exchanges

ViduKe strives to ensure you are satisfied with your product. We want you to love what you have ordered so we offer a 'no hassles' return and refund policy. We understand that buying clothing and fashion online is convenient however it doesn't give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don't fit or suit you.

ViduKe may exchange/refund or give a credit note for a change of mind purchase subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Does not apply to goods reduced for sale purchases
  • Does not apply to sales of accessories, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear
  • Good must not be worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged and tags must still be attached
  • Regular postage costs must be paid prior to a replacement item being posted
  • Postage costs are strictly not refundable.

There are 4 steps to returning goods to Viduke.

Step One:

Simply send us an email at Customerservice@viduke.com.au with the following information:

  • Your order number (on invoice)
  • The reason for your return
  • If you would like a refund, exchange or credit voucher
  • For exchanges – please include details of change of size/style/colour if applicable.

Step Two:

Viduke will email you with a Returns Authorisation code (RAC) and return address (see address 1 & address 2) for you to send your item/s back to us. Please note you must include your RAC with the package you send back to us.

Step Three:

You will receive an email confirmation once you’re item/s have been received in satisfactory condition and any additional postage fees have been received (if applicable).

Step Four:

Your new item/replacement will be dispatched for you to enjoy
or
Your refund will be processed. Please note refunds will be processed via the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ViduKe. You can do this by selecting registered post for safe return to ViduKe or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.


Unavailable items

Although we do our best to only display styles, colours and sizes that are in stock, it may happen on occasion that an item is unavailable.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or sold out, we will let you know within one working day so you can decide whether you would like to wait for the item you have ordered or you would prefer a full refund. If the item is sold out, a full refund will automatically be processed to you.


Privacy

ViduKe is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept confidential. We will not sell or share your information with any other company or agency, unless required by a law-enforcement agency (for example a fraud case).

We will use your personal information to contact you regarding your order details and we may from time to time let you know by email of promotions or provide you with our newsletter. If you prefer not to receive email promotional material simply email us at unsubscribe@viduke.com.au and we will remove your name immediately from our list.

When you place an order on our website we will email you an acknowledgement. Your order will then be dispatched.

We provide you with a confirmation page so you can check your order prior to purchase.  Please ensure you check this before you complete the order.   As you can imagine we are not liable for any incorrect information you have provided.

Any discounts will be calculated at the checkout and will be reflected on the invoice.

Caring for your clothes

Cotton, Rayon, Spandex, Polyester, Acrylic, Wool
To ensure the longevity of your clothes, we generally recommend cold hand wash while turning the clothes inside out and using gentle cleaning products (e.g. use wool wash, do not use bleaching agents).

Rather than tumble drying, your garment will live longer if you line-dry it in the shade. Knitted clothes are best dried flat.

Denim
For denim, we recommend cool gentle machine-wash and line-drying, especially if it’s stretch denim. To protect your denim’s colour, avoid bleaching agents, and dry it in the shade.

Silk
Dry cleaning is recommended.

Beaded, embroidered, and jewelled clothes
These very delicate pieces and need special care, so please be extra gentle even when hand washing.

Accessories
Jewellery will stay beautiful if you store it covered, for example in a jewellery box or pouch, or even a self-seal plastic bag.

The buckles and metal trims of any bags or belts will stay beautiful if you store your belts and bags inside your wardrobe.

Open air, direct sunlight, humidity, and different metals touching, will ruin any jewellery.

Sizing

If you are concerned about sizes refer to the size chart and how we measure each item. Also, read the Returns Policy on exchanges.

Always check the size table on each of the items listing for measurements of the style you are purchasing. If you are not confident measuring yourself, another great way to check measurements is to grab a similar loved item from your wardrobe and check our measurements against your measurements.

International sizing can be very confusing with designers and brands often using different ways to represent size. This universal size chart helps you quickly work out what each sizing is equal to. Please note that these measurements are approximate only, please refer to individual listings for each items measurements.

Please note that all of our measurements are taken with the garment laying flat.
